    Banned account, no enforcements


    Upon logging onto my Call of Duty: Cold War game, I received an error message stating that my account Royalty 910 had been banned from playing on the servers. I reached out to Activision to see why or how to lift the ban on my account. They stated that there was no ban on the account. Seeing as how the Xbox account and Activision accounts are separate but together under my Xbox profile. So I went through my account on xbox.com to look at my enforcement history and it stated that I had no enforcement on my account. So how do I lift a ban that I can not see so that I can play the game again?

    Hi there,

    If your account was banned, you would have received a message about the suspension/it would have showed on the enforcement page.

    Most of the time, a console ban is a separate enforcement action from an account ban.

    Not all the enforcement actions on your account appears on your enforcement history, as only you will see the communication bans and permanent bans

    The enforcement site only lists information for account bans, not console bans.
