    I would like to know if it possible to use a permanently banned Xbox account for activision login since I always used that I’m trying to recover my activision account if possible but it’s not allowing me due to being banned

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
    with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

    Hi Avensu, my name is Daniel and I would be happy to help.

    According to my personal opinion, if your Xbox account is banned you will not be able to log in to Activision if the Xbox account is linked to said platform, in case you want to see or appeal your ban you can log in through the following link.

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    It should be noted that Support cannot help in cases of banned accounts since the team in charge works through the enforcement page and are in charge of suspensions.

    You would have to login to the banned account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    My Xbox account is not banned. When I closed Microsoft account it closed everything Microsoft related for my login. Otherwise I could login my old Xbox account and rename it or just use old Xbox account.

    This is not possible as you would need to be able to login to the banned account to be able to change the Live ID that is associated with that account.
