Banned account help!

Hoping that someone on enforcement team sees this and can help me!

My xbox live account was banned for "modded gamerscore" which first of all i dont know how to do and secondly i would never care to do.

The gamerscore that was "modded" was from in game modders on backwards compatible 360 games such as the old CoD's. As i do remember joining a few lobbies on Black ops 2 and it saying at the top of the screen 'XP LOBBY" and then i got loads of achievements all in one go, same goes for another CoD dont remember which one though.

When i got the enforcement action i did submit a case review but i didnt include much detail and was very vague and the case did not get approved. So i cannot submit another one. And there is no way to contact enforcement outside of getting an enforcement action.

I think that my case was maybe mistreated or just quickly skipped over and hoping that a member of the enforcement team reads this thread and can help me either lift this ban OR pin point specifically what it was that triggered the ban.

As i said i wouldnt go out my way to risk my account for gamerscore. I have always followed the code of conduct, except a couple times, when i was younger, in a heat of rage a message would be sent, we have all been there. i am not giving up on this enforcement appeal as i have over 10 years of game progress and level 3 ambassador, which to many months of work to do.

Sorry to hear about this but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums. The only way to communicate with them is by filing a case review, here are the instructions https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6

Be aware that to file the case review you will be required to take a quiz over the code of conduct and if you fail you will have to wait 24hrs before you can try to file the case review again.

Enforcement team does not view reports as a joke and take all report seriously. Also remember that xbox live is considered a rate E for everyone service and all communications need to be at that level of rating.

Hey is your account still banned? the same thing just happened to me and a xbox ambassador said it was a glitch in the system and it will be fixed soon, hopefully but i my ban was probably communication ban that are usually suspension and i didn't get a suspension since 2018 for communications, so even if i was reported for communication i don't think my whole account should get banned for a misunderstanding.. Yes we have 2 different cases but maybe this is a glitch for the both of us because i got 15 years of playing on my account so i understand your pain.

Unfortunately there is no way to contact the enforcement team outside what you have already done. In cases like this the ban is final. I'm sorry about this.

I was also banned for "modded gamerscore" but I had unusual sign in activity and tried reporting it but nothing happened. I still have the emails and IPs on the emails rom which they logged in at and it was in Austrailia and the U.K. which Ive never been to.

I believe my 2 factor was cracked since its 2 emails and someone hacked my account and put it on there. Ive had the account for over 10 years, 3 letter name, and 14000 followers. Hacker groups for Xbox love these kinds of accounts for their own pretty much illegal selling.

People add me with fake gamertags like "it" and "TapX" and "Fpe" you cant even look them up because they're duped. I added one back to report them but I got banned for the gamerscore and I'm assuming its because of them getting into my account when I was asleep.

I stream and use this for Youtube, and Im assuming they know this and just hit forgot passwords for everything and now I lost over 8 grand worth of stuff including my Apex and Destiny 2 stuff..

Its unfortunate I couldnt attach anything in my appeal to show this stuff. But hopefully yours is temporary. I got banned on Jan 6th or 8th.

Enforcement don't populate the forums...the only way to get in touch with them (or get their attention) is via a Case Review on the Enforcement website, which you have already done.

This sounds to me like an old enforcement action? Anything over a year ago cannot be reviewed
