banned account get console ban?

They will not only ban the account, they will ban the console.

You will get caught, you will get banned.

no bans are only on the console if he gets say banned it will not ban your account cause your account would be on the new console.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

No. Console bans and account bans are separate. So unless you also get an account ban you'd be fine.

If you did not get a Console ban before, you probably will not now ( unless you continue doing what made the account be banned )

It should not be possible to log in on this account on another console either, so it will probably just " ban " this account on this console later, or the account's functionalities will not be available.

I would not recommend using this account, even if it does not ban your console.
