Banned Account Gamertag Change

Hello I recently just got my account (GT;OG Christiann) banned permently and I have no idea why and i was just wondering if there is anyway you guys could change the gamertag on the account (GT;OG Christiann) so that i may
be able to use it on a new account since there is no way of getting my account unbanned.

Unfortunately the XBLPET's do not change Gamertags nor free them up per-request. Also, to get more information on why your account was Band. Please post in the Enforcement Forums: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx Please put the Gamertag you wish to have Feedback

so you are saying that i can no longer have that gamertag? and i did talk with them and they did not tell me what i had done he just said no debating. it really doesnt matter if that account was banned i just woould like to use the gamertag that it had becasue

That is correct. When the Xbox Live Enforcement Team bands accounts that makes it so you can no-longer change or accesses that account. The Gamertag gets linked with the profile that has been Band and there is no way to get it back.

Unfortunately, the Xbox Enforcement Team can't undo or free that Gamertag up so you can use it. However, to know why you where band and for more information please post in the Xbox Enforcement Forums referring to the Gamertag that got band:

getting a ps4 coz Microsoft is a joke when people like you in charge cant even spell the word banned properly

 

First of all people that post on these forums do not necessarily have anything to do with Microsoft and can be your next door neighbor that is also a gamer. that volunteer there time to answer these posts.

And the post that was replied to is 3 years old and the enforcement team no longer checks the forums they handle everything through their website at enforcement.xbox.com.

 

Another thing to remember is that you can't even change your gamertag over on PSN
