Banned Account for two 14 year olds battling over Trump and Clinton.

So here's the big issue, my son and his friend play Xbox together, and they tend to fight a lot. Nothing to serious but obviously as 14 year old kids they think they are on the top of the world, and cuss etc. So about a week ago the first occurrence of a
ban went down on my account. I contacted support and they said wait it out and make your son a new account. (Which I did). Then as it is almost exactly a week later another communications ban appears on my account. Now my son officially stopped using my account
3 days ago. So I know that I myself have done nothing wrong. Upon hearing of this I contact my son and he says his friend reported him for making fun of him because they were arguing about Clinton and Trump. This came as a shock to me to hear. I instantly
contacted the boys parents because I have a tournament to get to tonight that I obviously need my account for. They said it's because he was called retarded for supporting trump. Now I understand this is completely childish of my son, but also of his friend.
All I am asking for is a unban because I have important issues I have to attend to starting in about 4 hours. As I said my son is on his new account now and I am really hoping this can be lifted because I cannot take this lightly. Thanks and have a good night.

Rogue Verdict account banned until 31/12/9999

Hi,

My account has been lifetime banned. The account is Rogue Verdict. Its an account I created for my 14 year old son to use. He apparently modded his avatar from skin colour to blue. I realise this is against code of conduct rules but I feel a life time ban
for a 14 year old is a bit harsh. Is there any way I can appeal the severity of the ban?

However, as the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When we issue a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation.
Even if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game we have to hold it accountable.
