    BANNED ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON


    Hello,

    It was six months ago when my Xbox account that I have had for a long time was banned. It's not just banned but "locked" I cannot even log in to figure anything out it gives me one link to submit a request to be unbanned; I have submitted the form four times
    after contacting support and trying to get help. They say that they cant don anything and then lie about "raising the my situation to a higher level" but, I have not even gotten an email let alone an answer for the ban.

    I would be extremely happy if someone from Microsoft would find this and help in any way, this has been the worst and I wish I could just get my account back... the account I spent hundreds of dollars on...

    Locked this thread up as the Policy Enforcement Team are the only users with access to specific ban information.
