Case ID: [Moderator removed] [Moderator removed: Personal information] Gamertagusk SoLo when i tried logging into my account it said it was suspended. it was suspended back in 2011/12. Thats when i was 11 or 12. I need the ban
unlifted. i dont know what i was banned for please help. @EnforceTeam

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

You need to post here, though its unlikely you will get a response if you were banned 2-3 years ago.

If it was a permanent ban you will never get it "uplifted"

 

How have you gained access into playing Destiny? From what I understand, you NEED a Gold account to play that game, and need to have access to your account. You also have several Games for Gold titles that you wouldn't have been able to gain access to.

If you're hiding the fact you were recently banned, it wouldn't matter. Bans aren't lifted unless you were unfairly banned or had your account accessed by someone else and tampered with, something of which very rarely happens.

I suggest starting a new account.

Please follow THEOWENKILLERS advice and make a post in the suspensions forum if you are unaware why you were banned. But perma bans are just that, permanent.

The suspensions forum is not an appeals forum. Just somewhere you can contact the PET so they can inform you 'why' the account was banned..

Locking this up as no one outside of the PET has access to info regarding account specific enforcement actions.
