Banned Account / Content Transfer

Hello, my account was banned (for reasons unknown) and I was planning on just accepting it and creating a new account. First and foremost, I would like to appeal to have my account recovered, as I did nothing wrong. If that's not possible, I will gladly
create a new account. However, I spent hundreds of dollars on downloadable content and Marketplace items while on the now banned account. I refuse to have that taken away from me, so I need a way in which this content is transferred onto the new account I
will be creating (I am not wasting all of the time and money I spent on the now banned account). Thank you in advance for your assistance.

You can't transfer content from one account to another, you would have to use your banned account to do the license transfer which would get your new console banned also, not a good idea. All content you have purchased on the banned account is pretty much
gone when create your new profile dude.

 

Previously downloaded content not on xbox

Purple - A license transfer would not be possible because the account is banned and license transfers do not transfer licenses between accounts. There is no way to transfer content between accounts.

 

You will not be able to transfer your content this is from the CoC itself:

UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED

To add to what is already mentioned, but regarding the ban, you can inquire about a ban, suspension or forced gamertag change in the forums here:

This is the only place to get a response from the Enforcement Team

 

Since you know why you're banned, it will not be lifted and content not transferred.

 

I have posted multiple times on that forum, and the only response I got was an automated message stating the possible reasons for why I could have been banned. I still don't know what I did wrong, nor can I appeal the suspension because of how uncooperative
the Enforcement Team is. Their representatives are useless - so that is why I'm assuming I'll have to create a new account (because the Enforcement Team will not help at all). With that being said, I don't deserve to have all of my content taken away - that
I spent hundreds of dollars on - just because the Enforcement Team won't assist me.

 

all they can give you is the general reasons they USUALLY highlight the section of what part you violated but sorry when you do not follow the rules you loose your stuff. as long as you do not delete anything you bought and downloaded you can still use
it on the console but if you delete it you will have to re buy it again sorry.

 

Okay. I haven't deleted anything I bought / downloaded (it's still on the console under "storage"). So if I were to create a new LIVE account, will all of that content be available for the new profile to use (since it is still saved on the same console as
the banned profile)?

 

As long as that was the console the content was originally purchased on, or you've done a license transfer to that console, you can access the content from a new account.

 

In the Code on Conduct/Terms of Use it states that when you're banned...you forfeit all paid content and subscription. You agree'd to these when you created your Xbox LIVE account therefore you should have been aware of the consequences when you were violating
these when you did.

 

and this is why terms and conditions must be read and understood before just accepting.

if you understood your legal rights and also your obligations then you wouldnt have done wat ever you did to be banned

i personally treat my xbox account like a drivers licence...dont screw around and the law(enforcment tema) will leave you and you content alone
