hello, sorry for my

english but I use a translator, my profile has been banned (for cheat

for no reason) the problem is that inside my profile there are about 70

games (10 years in profile) and has remained on the console a

friend of mine, I have no way to set my xbox home as soon as I log in I

get out the ban notification and it makes me exit automatically, I did

the revision with xbox enforcement and there is nothing to do, someone

of my team used cheat and ban me .... ok, I called microsoft support

and nothing to do, I wrote in chat and nobody can do anything, all very

nice, I hope someone here can solve, at least to make me recover the remaining gold plays. Good Day

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Can I play a friend's DLC on his console with my account?

You won't get banned if you just put your profile on your friends account and play a game with him.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff

Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity

Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players

Hacking, Modding or Cheating

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

That package for 10,000 + 3,500 Vbucks is 89.06 euros not 20. Did you purchase the right bundle? It looks like the 2,500 +300bonus Vbucks would be around 20 euros. Did you buy this from the Xbox store?

Also, if you brought the Founders pack for Save the World campaign it doesn't includes V-Bucks. It just gives you boosts, daily login items, llamas, banners, and Legendary heros depending on the bundle you brought.

There are two levels of bans.

1. Profile level which means the account itself is banned.

2. Console level which means any profile on the console itself has lost privileges.

With a profile level ban no matter what console the profile is signed into the privileges that were taken away it will not be able to use. and with this level you can file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com as long as the ban is over 24 hours.

With a Console ban any profile on that console will not be able to communicate and this level of ban will not show up on the enforcement teams website and there is no way to be able to file for a case review.

so it sounds like you may have a console ban if both you and your brother can not communicate on the same console. The best way to test this is if you have a friend that has a console you can sign into their console with your profile and see if it works
that way.

If a seller left his profile on the console the correct thing to do is erase the information.

If the seller left DLC content that is linked to that xbox - you can use it With out fear of being Ban.

Once the seller recovers his/her account and does the License transfer those DLC items should become broken and will no longer work on your console.

DLC can be used on any profile on the console as long as the console holds the License for those items.

You have no fear of being ban/legal action or other wise.

Note Avatar items and Online Passes are linked to accounts and can not be used the same way as normal DLC.

Quite possibly. An account being downloaded on too many consoles will look suspicious, and that profile, the consoles it is being shared on, and the other profiles on those consoles could be subject to enforcement action (suspension or banning). An
account is for one person, according to Microsoft's policies.
