Banned account and consoles

Hello there dear xbox and microsoft i want to know the names of all the members of yout xbox live policy enforcement team please because i want all my accounts and consoles unbanned please i have already gotten the police involved and im willing
to push this matter to court its wrong for what your evil team have done to me and my family reporting me to please 5 times and still not arrested and harrassing and putting stress and pain on my mother shes getting too old your company is pure evil so please
lets not go to war just unban my account please so i can fully restore all my profile saved data and my dlc and my bonus codes data that i lost and BTW I ALSO ASKED MR TRUMP FOR HELP AS WELL ON twitter thank you microsoft

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

The enforecement team does not use these forums.

The ONLY way to contact them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com

You would need to sign in there and it will show you your enforcement history for that account and if the enforcement action is eligible you would be able to file for a case review

Hi, seeing as you are seeking legal resolution, I am sure one of the XBF team will provide the contact details for the legal team.

If you violated the code of conduct the enforcement team investigate and will carry out the necessary suspension.

I doubt the Police would be bothered as this is a civil case, not criminal.

A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.

ok thanks, and also if that account ban results in a console ban, that account will be banned everywhere but the console ban will only be on that specific console not any others even if they have the banned account on it since the console bans result from violations made on that specific console, correct?

If the console is banned, you can't sign into any accounts on the console. If only an account is banned, then a non-banned account can sign into the console.

An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
