banned 9 months why?

Hi I have an xbox one with live and I am insulted by people I know I wouldn't their answer, but they have bind against me and on deposit a complaint on xbox one following this I was ban live for 9 months I think it's unfair especially another n have no
penalty I would demender a Microsoft of me reduce this sanction that does not have ...Thank you for your comprehension

my account was hacked then banned 2 days later right when got it back

i was hacked ths previous sunday and then on tuesday when i just got it back i was banned and i still had 9 months left of xbox live and i do not have enough money to buy a new one would love to stll play on xbox live but i lost those 9 months please help

 

I can't play online nor talk

Okay 2 weeks ago I was communication banned for nothing. The last time I was banned was 5 months ago. So I waited my 2 week communication banned out and I get on today (at 1:54am Saturday 9/1/17 is when the ban should've been over, and it's currently 9:26am
Saturday 9/1/17) and I can't talk, send messages, or play multiplayer. So it's like I have another ban but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com my ban is over. So I'm not sure if it's glitched or what not but I need help. My gt is akaCJayy btw

 

No one here has any information on your ban. You'll need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and to submit a case review.

Also, suspensions generally range from 24 hours-2 weeks and then it's a permanent suspension. So double check the date. There are no 9 month suspensions.
