    my old account got banned over 6 years ago, but I never got the option to make an appeal in the last 6 years because the option was unavailable to me, I put a lot of money into that account too, so what are my options?

    6 years ago I received a suspension

    I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
    implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

    You can't file for a case review on enforcement action that happened over 12 months ago.

    The op should of opened an unauthorised access case if they think their account was compromised but as it's 2 years ago it's to late.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agree to when you start your account you forfeit all digital content if your account is banned so you will never get it back i'm afraid.

    Unfortunately since the ban was issued over 1 year ago, it is no longer eligible for a review. You would have had to contact the enforcement team at the time of the ban (at that time they were using the forums).

    Perma ban

    Only the enforcement team deals with bans/suspensions and they can only be reached via the case review process as described here:

    If the ban was placed less than 1 year ago then you can try filing for a case review but since you admit guilt of breaking the rules the ban will more than likely be upheld.

    If the ban was placed more than 1 year ago then it wont be eligible for a case review and there would be nothing else you can do.

    No one in the forums or Xbox/Microsoft support can do anything about your ban but suggest you file a case review if you are still eligible for one.

    In 2011 you could have appealed your ban through the forums. The XBLPET stopped using the forums in 2015 and it is too late for you to file a case review regarding a suspension of 6 years ago.

    My suggestion would be to continue with your new account and observe the Code of Conduct from now on.

    Have you only just found that you have been banned 2 years ago now?

    If you believe you have been unfairly banned, You can submit a case review if your ban is longer than 24 hours, however there is no guarantee that you will be un-banned. This page has all the details on what a case review is and how to submit one:
