Hacker got me all the achievements!

It happened about 2 months ago, I told microsoft support 3 times and they didnt help me. Can i get banned for the achievements and how can i delete them?

2. 1 week

3. 1 month

4. your banned

So if your gold for 6 months, then 2 months down time, then gold for 3 months, then 4 months of down time, the cumulative time would be 9 months?

Suspension length can vary depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous suspensions. So you can be permanently banned with 1 complaint. But typically it starts at 24 hours-2 weeks. Now there are 3 month bans then account bans and console
bans.
