So this is my final ban huh? well I'm serious when I say this I think this a fault on your guy's part ever since my last ban I never went to game chat never harassed someone nothing no homophobic slurs no threats no racism nothing i was just playing dark
souls 3 and a game on my pc at the same time went to the bathroom came back and i was perma banned please don't go straight to decision at least let me provide with more info after the under review thing I sincerely tried my best

I actually never messaged anyone remotely negative after my last comm ban I remember this because i was like dang I been getting a lot of bans however the thing that Xbox has failed to do is tell me what I have said they should be able 2 keep chat logs and
if someone breaks the rules they can take the chat logs that the person reported them for i.e: you call someone the "n" word and they report you. They have permission 2 looks at the message logs between you and that other person. However, when they conduct
a suspension or even a permaban they SHOULD show you what you said because I remember still to this day that I didn't even message anyone anything remotely close to harassment after my last comm ban, so how did I get banned? well after a lot of thought and
I mean a lot of thought I'm pretty sure while I was under a 14-day comm ban I got reported while under the current suspension and thus they just moved it 2 a permaban after review (I was unbanned from September
11, 2016, 10:27:15 PM to September 24, 2016, 12:23:40 PM then I got perma'd) however that seems like bs 2 me because I already served a 14 day as punishment why bump it to a permaban? If
Xbox really wants to be more transparent one way that could help is tell us what we said meaning to give us our chat logs also allow us 2 have a conversation about it 2 help understand more instead of jumping from "submit case" to "review" they always skip
need info regardless of what you did.

That didn't awnser my question only one of my accounts got perma banned 2 years ago. I'm asking that all the accounts my family makes will hat get me banned we have 4 gold accounts and I made a few silver accounts 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, as this is forum support we wouldn't be able to assist further in regards
any ban or suspension. As mentioned by XBF Nestor; the enforcement team are the
only ones who can look into the suspensions and bans as they are the ones who handle it.

it says harassment/abuse/threats yet i was never given what i have said or done why??

 

no chat logs nothing where is the proof of what I've said I know for a fact I was innocent yet it was banned I have one chance 2 appeal the permaban but they never ask for more info or provide proof of something I've done or didn't do (i didn't btw) the
communication is lacking and frustrating hence why they're a [Mod Removed - Profanity] ton of videos and forum post saying how garbage Microsoft support is. Want a tip of how 2 improve 1: chat logs during bans and suspensions why? it clears
up everyone besides a very vague "you were harassing another user" and if I go here to the forums for help they redirect you to their rules WOW THAT HELPS SO MUCH 2 SEE WHAT I DID WRONG how does this not help well if I have a question about how I broke a rule
and you say ok this is the rule u broke it doesn't really show me how I did it

It has been stated already, but the only option available in regards to any Enforcement action is to handle it through the Enforcement website.

The reason this is repetitive is due to the fact that no Enforcement member resides on these forums, and our community does not carry the tools for assisting with this case.
