    Banned 2 weeks for a word


    Friday night I was playing Rainbow Six Siege in ranked and I got teamkilled so I ask why using the word "retard" and the guys answered with "****", I reported it but he didn't get banned but I did, not a day or three, 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS. For one word... After
    they say "context is important" yeah of course, go get teamkilled in an important match for no reason and try to stay calm. This is just unfair, 2 weeks is way too much.

    I got banned permanently suspension for communication

    I got banned for saying the f-word to this kid so I got banned for 2 weeks. Then for no reason got banned permanently suspension. FOR NO REASON PLZZZ HELP ME!!!

    Please unban me. I am very very sorry for calling someone a bad word I won't do it again. It also said I would be banned for 2 weeks then it said 3 weeks just today which is pretty annoying. A lot of people call me bad words and I report them and they don't
    get banned but I always do, which doesn't seem fair

    if it was two weeks then it would be for a second offence and no you wouldn't be able to see if he was suspended nor will support or enforcement will tell you if he was

    Multiple offences in a short time can lead to longer suspensions

    If you however get into a fight and violate the terms of use and get reported you will be punished regardless who and what started the fight

    You must be rated e for everyone

    what they mean by context is one if you are referring to something in an non insulting way then you wouldn't get baned

    If you however get into a fight and violate the terms of use and get reported you will be punished regardless who and what started the fight

    I'm still banned with no word from support they don't respond as I have stated previously. Update it has now been 2 1/2 months since the two week ban has been in place. Xbox needs to fix this

    Sorry to hear about the situation and it sounds like you took the correct steps to reach out to the
    Enforcement team, but that being said, the
    Xbox Live Code of Conductis
    there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone and
    is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication.
    If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.
    Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.

    (Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)

    Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
