Banned...2 days later full multiplayer ban!

Not even sure if this is the correct place to post, I've followed all correct procedure to appeal by account being banned which got upheld, you can't even have a propper conversation with the 'enforcement team' the procedure is ridiculous.

Any help would be appreciated...

I received notification on Friday that I'd been banned from communications, parties / messaging etc, that's fine I can live with that. Then tonight, i received a message to inform me I'm not banned from all multiplayer games for 'harrassment', how the ****
could i possibly harrass people when I can't communicate with people? And a ban whilst being banned? That's dumb!

The most annoying part is the fact I never ever message people, I receive plenty of hate messages when playing fifa, I simple respond now and again, I make sure in don't swear etc etc.

I spend hundreds per year on games etc for such a shoddy service, being able to speak to someone in real time I.e live chat, phone etc about being banned is realistic IMO, just being banned and that's it is a disgrace, the "appeal" system is terrible too!

Plus I'm gutted because I can't finish my weekend league games on FUT

Any advice would be appreciated

Account Ban

So I've been banned for 2 weeks for absolutely nothing, I was communication banned for 2 weeks for calling someone a moron because they we're intentionally trolling my game and wasting my time and 2 days later I have received a 2 week multiplayer ban and
I am %100 certain I did nothing to warrant this ban so I would like to speak to the enforcement team for them to explain to me exactly why this happened.

You can get banned for your online behaviour of a previous date after the XBLPET investigates your account.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Investigations can take time, so the ban could be for something that took place weeks or months ago.

 

Thanks for the reply pal, it's just annoying as ****. In my opinion there's no reason I should of been banned, but there's no way to speak with this 'enforcement team'

 

If I might offer a suggestion, based on the word choices being affected by the language filter here on the forums, the issue could be that you use words that you don't find offensive or bad, but violate the family friendly ideals of the Code of Conduct. I admit
to using these words myself, but I don't use them on Xbox Live or on the forums here because I know that they are considered unacceptable or offensive by enough people that it would be a problem via Xbox. But, that's just a thought.
