    my account and console got a suspension for 2 weeks and over a week later i am still banned from talking in partys and sending msg, i checked my enforcement history and it clearly shows that the suspension has ended but it hasnt. I NEED HELP FROM XBOX SUPPORT/
    ENFORCEMENT TEAM. either ive got a 3rd suspension in a row ( 5+ weeks) or there is sone technical issue that needs resolving.

    So I recently was banned for 2 weeks due to "harassment, abuse, threats" and I waited out the ban. Enforcement says I have no active bans but when I login it says I'm communication banned. None of the past bans say anything about this being past the end
    date of the last ban. Someone let me know what going on or how long it lasts?

    oh and Boozy im banned from communications not the console itself and last time it happened it had an end date for a 1 week thing i think i think this is a 7 day thing cause earlier today i think i saw 2nd ban 7 days is that correct

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

    Who ever is running enforcement must be laughing their back off at all of us handing banns out when ever they feel like it something needs done iam obviously not the only one that's wasting money and unhappy about the way we've been treated after spending
    a lot of our hard earned money on gold subscriptions etc then to be banned and left without any way to defend your actions or to talk to someone in enforcement and not by the 500 max letter reply you grt after getting banned. Something needs done it's obviously
    a bigger problem than they make out far to many bans getting handed out. Been with Xbox since the original Xbox but iv bought a Ps4 now because of this and iam sure there's going to be a lot more leaving until they fix enforcement or who evers behind this!

    yeah my friend also got the same ban but he is now using a 2nd account on a new console to join party's whilst playing on his main account that has all his progression and stuff... this is disappointing for me and doesn't help my psychological issues. XBOX

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Be aware if he is doing this to avoid a ban then this is also a violation of the Code of conduct and Terms of Use

    OhioState2021 there is an issue I have heard of with the enforcement site not showing additional or extended suspensions the only way to find out if your suspension was extended is to call support by phone and they can tell you if you have one and when
    it will end but can not tell you why.

    history of the account you are signed into.



    Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
    current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.



    Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
    team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.
