    Recently was clipped which I don't mind but what I do mind is in the caption it says I am dumb which I am not and find not only offensive but also harassment but any time I sent a message saying someone was trash I would get an immediate ban.

    Question.

    Why is it ok to call people you've never met in real life dumb in a clip trying to get laughs?

    That's harassment!

    So either the clip is taken down by enforcement or believe me and my over 300k gamerscore aren't playing on xbox or any Microsoft product for a very long time. FIX THE ISSUE!

    If it's a game or DLC you've previously purchased, you're fully entitled to download it again. You may have deleted it to clear space for something else and then come back to it etc. if the content is free, there are no issues.

    That's why the option is there to download again in your purchase history :)

    The problem with Amazon is that they don't police Amazon Marketplace sellers too closely. Go to the

    full listing page     and pick out the one sold directly by Amazon. Avoid third parties unless you know for sure they're legitimate.
