Bann!

Microsoft took my right to play any game in all possible ways in my Xbox console one, and it is still under warranty! Due to an account error made guided by the support a reset manufactures, it does not leave the configuration screen as it passes the message
banned when it will update the first time, to be able to continue the first configuration, for you can not upgrade not out of this screen, even when I update the off line console asks for a connection to the live which is not allowed so do not enter the system.
This is totally against the law unconstitutional! I feel aggrieved and upset, because I have a console with no defect is still warranty, and 6 messes purchase, and do not know why this passing ban message. Besides not give clear, timely and objective information
on the particular problems of each client that with this kind of problem, the company does not explain right what reasons it's happening with that account, and also because no one in support in any parents have access to any information to pass to the customer
on the exact problem it, but they are only passing on links to company policies. They just indicate to their policies. There are one hundred things that can only be dealt directly with someone from within Microsoft. I wonder how I can play my own game because

Hey i hope someone can help my. I got a bann since .03.03.17 for Communication till 03.17.17 its ok for my and i understand why but now i got a bann for HarassmentAbuseAndThreats startet at 03.06.17 till 03.20.17. How can i Harassment people
with a Communication bann ? Please unbann bann the HarassmentAbuseAndThreats bann its incorrect.

 

What banner are you using in the co-op?

I am a little confused about the banners. I started this thread with the "Biotic God" banner and have been working toward the Biotic Mastery. Well I completed that and my banner is still Biotic God with no other Biotic banner to choose from. Do we only
get 1 banner per challenge? Is Biotic God the only banner for the Biotic challenges?

When a console has been suspended from connecting to the network, it can still be used offline provided your account is still signed in on the system. You can learn more about the effects of a console suspension on the enforcement website
HERE.

Since console suspensions are not case reviewable there is nothing that can be done. Please feel free to create a new post if you have any other Xbox Support issues.
