    I send this message because I'm really angry, I'm banned unwarranted, a player send my more insults and I'm banned 2 weeks !! I pay a Xbox live for Nothing !! Already he is so expansive and more you bann me for nothing ... I d'on t understand... I would
    like a explications for this and a compensation... it's the second time when I'm banned for nothing ...

    Xbox support tends to do that when they dont know what to tell you. Filing for a case review (if eligible) is the only way of contacting the enforcement team. They dont use the forums

    Xbox support tends to do that when they dont know what to tell you. Filing for a case review (if eligible) is the only way of contacting the enforcement team. They dont use the forums
