Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on working with this accidental purchase. I can totally understand how having a game that was supposed to be free with a Gold subscription could be pretty distressing and concerning, but hopefully we can provide
some helpful information. If you had not intended to make the purchase, I suggest

requesting a refund and then
redownloading the account to see if that helps it display as free as it should be if you have an active subscription.

When you get the chance, try those steps and let us know if that helped.

Make sure your billing info is the same as what is on file with you bank, if that doesnt help, contact the banka nd let them know whats going on, they should be able to allow xbox authorizations to go through, and then you shouldn't have a problem.

What you need to do is to use a credit or debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX with international, recurrent and online payment, card might be working on other places but it needs to have those 3 payments activated, otherwise it won't work, you
need to call to your banka nd verify this, or try to use another one if it doesn't work, it's nt Xbox system, it's your card or bank~

activision have already banked the money for elite so the interest they earn on that cash = profit

also they have cut out the middle man when selling the dlc ie the people who sell the ms points this also = more profit

Word. And you can bet they are laughing all the way to the bank. Millions of paying customers paying into a company profiting from billions and they can't keep their network up. I think I know which console I will NOT be buying in a few months,
