Bank account being charged. But I do not have a subscription some one useing my card

You need to contact your bank or card issuer to block online purchases made through Microsoft or Xbox.

You also have to ask for a refund, at least you can block the last payment.

Most likely, someone stole your credit card or got hold of your banking information.

If you do not have any subscription on the account that you have access to but you are still charge for this, it usually means that your card is being used on another account that has a subscription. But if you do not know to which account was being charged or you do not have any idea at all, I would already suggest reaching out to the bank to have any recurring charges to be stopped and to dispute the charge since this could be a possible fraud.

In my experience, your bank is being “helpful” and moving a recurring payments from recognized sources over to the new card.

If you don’t mean that you have obtained a new credit card from the bank, then likely the fuel card remains on your account, and the subscription is tied to it, I assume that’s what you keep getting charged for

As already said, since its a subscription some sort of physical bank account needs to be tied with the subscription. The best thing to do to fix this problem is add a card/account to your account and then use the credit to purchase the trial/discounted
subscription. After you do that go back online and turn the automatic renewal for the subscription off so you aren't charged for it full price in a month or so without being aware of it. Then after the discounted subscription ends you can just purchase the
subscription again at a preferred time.

To cancel your subscription, log in with your account on this link, manage the subscription you want and click on ''cancel''.

If you don't see any active subscription on this account it means you are active on another account, I recommend checking all the accounts you use.

If after checking the accounts you use and not finding any active subscription you need to call your bank to cancel these charges, your card is probably being used by someone else, I recommend ordering another card from your bank.

A Microsoft agent will not be able to assist in finding out which account these charges are being made to or cancel.
