    Hope you can help got Banjo-Kazooie with Recore and every time I have tried to redeem it is get there has been a error it has been recorded please tryour again later 4 tries later still no download can you advise please.

    Banjo- Kazooie

    Try redeeming it through the website. A lot of people have had issues when redeeming through the console, but it should work on the website.

    Thanks for that, redeemed it on the xbox site fine, it's stating in my games that it can be downloaded to xbox 360, if I clicked that would it download to my xbox one as I don't have a 360 anymore?

    You shouldn't need to click anything after redeeming. It should show in your ready to install area on the One.

    If you really want to play banjo kazooie on xbox one without logging on an xbox 360 is to buy rare replay. You get banjo kazooie, banjo tooie and banjo kazooie nuts and bolts along with 20 or so more games.
