Banjo-Kazooie (XBLA/Rare Replay) Lock-Up

I just finished the game a few minutes ago and during the Cast List, I pressed B to skip and the game ended up a map with nothing but a background. I wasn't able to do anything In-Game after that beyond using the Xbox 360 guide and using the Xbox One menu
to close the game. I am not sure if this was an issue in the original XBLA version but here's a link to the Game Clip I recorded.

Rare Ltd. made many more games than I put here but I listed the perennial favourites (the ones I played, lol), the noted blockbusters that sold many game consoles by themselves. Just as OG Pooh correctly stated above, we went from Goldeneye 007, Killer Instinct
Gold, and Conker's Bad Fur Day to Viva Pinata, Banjo-Kazooie Nuts + Bolts, and Kinect Sports.



Rare Ltd., I salute you. You were a fantastic developer and I will never forget the classics you brought us throughout your storied history.

It's really sad how rare Banjo-Kazooie games have become.

*cough*...Anyway, who else would like to see another Banjo-Kazooie game? Rare teased us with a possible Banjo-Threeie in the XBLA version of Tooie, but it seems that whatever plans they did have may never come to fruition.

 

Did you try quitting and relaunching the game? Does it come back up or continue to crash?

 

I quit and relaunched and it worked normally. Seems like it was just a one-time thing
