Bonjour,

mon fils jouait tranquillement sa console au jeu fornite quand on a reçu un mail et une notification pour dire qu il était banni!!!! A 10 ans, mon fils n est pas un hacker, j étais présente ses côtés, il jouait en solo, donc pas de micro et pas non plus
de gros mot, et l il ne peut plus utiliser son micro pour jouer avec ses copain??!!! Mais c est quoi cette blague? S il avait des gros mots ou dit des insultes je comprend la sanction mais l ce n est pas le cas!!!! Je trouve ça inadmissible!!!! Pouvez vous
de donner des explications pour son bannissement?? Et me dire qui l a banni??? (Vous allez me dire que c est confidentiel....) je trouve cela trop facile de bannir des enfant gratuitement, alors que lui quand il se fait un insulter rien ne se passe... alors
qu il signale les personne....

je suppose que je n aurais pas de reponse et que mon fils va devoir avoir etre banni gratuitement!!

As long as there was no response that was inappropriate to the other player then it is possible to file for a case review to have the suspension removed. Also, we recommend reporting and blocking the other player in order to avoid future conflict.

Koods is correct. If a suspension is issued, Microsoft has evidence that supports the need for it. They normally will not reveal the specific action that led to the suspension, but they have been known to mention it in the case review process.

Bans are not applied without reason, they are the result of being considered which is then investigated and appropriate disciplinary action taken when necessary.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
and open a case review with the PET
