and open a case review with the PET

As long as there was no response that was inappropriate to the other player then it is possible to file for a case review to have the suspension removed. Also, we recommend reporting and blocking the other player in order to avoid future conflict.

Koods is correct. If a suspension is issued, Microsoft has evidence that supports the need for it. They normally will not reveal the specific action that led to the suspension, but they have been known to mention it in the case review process.
