Gente
por favor alguém pode me dizer em que página eu consigo enviar uma mensagem para reduzir meu banimento?, já fiz isso uma vez mas não me lembro por onde que eu acesso esta página, alguém poderia me enviar o link?, já olhei no enforcement xbox mas nada a respeito,
alguns links dele (enforcement) me levam a página inicial novamente, por favor, a imagem abaixo seria a página que eu desejo, essa imagem abaixo é para eu ver minha última solicitação, desejo essa página ATUAL para eu poder responder.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

quando vou no link de histórico solicitado na página que você enviou, não aparece o martelo laranja que é mencionado, aparece duas mãos em laranja, clico nelas e não aparece a opção de solicitar revisão.

If you were suspended, you can submit a case review from the same website.

Any Xbox Live member with an active enforcement action may submit a case for review through the account's

Enforcement History, provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:
The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

We are unable to assist with any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active suspension on your account or a permanent suspension that happened in the last 12 months, you will want to submit a

Case Review to find the reasoning for the suspension. Console bans are not eligible for Case Reviews.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. If the suspension is only 24 hours you are unable to submit a case review.
