Gostaria de entender o motivo da Microsoft ter banido a minha conta por atitudes ofensivas e deixar contas com o teor racista livre, leve e solta. Eu concordo com o banimento da minha conta desde que me comprovem que contas que se dirigiram mim foram devidamente
punidas. Tenho prints e as gamertags de todos os indivíduos que me trataram com hostilidade e cometeram racismo. Gostariam de ao menos um pronunciamento ou um e-mail para contato direto com esse setor da fiscalização da Microsoft sobre o XBOX ONE. Grato.

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. We recommend to appeal
the decision made by the enforcement team. This can be done by submitting a case review. They can be reached at their website,

Xbox enforcement team. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. In regards to the players that are violating the code of conduct, we recommend

reporting the players. Once the players have been reported, the Xbox enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. We hope this helps!

We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case
Review to the Policy Enforcement team. If you have a console suspension, this does not qualify for Case Review, however your Microsoft Account email should have been sent an email detailing the suspension information.
