    Hi, my xbox one has been banned and I can not find any way to contact you to find out why it was banned at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com You only have the option to check your Xbox Live account and not the option that checks why the console was banned. My xbox live account has not been banned, only the console.
    How can microsoft ban my xbox forever, without at least giving me a warning or reason. I just want the contact of someone to talk, because the site has no option on the console only on the account.






    I'm not trying to be a victim, I'm just going to tell the truth. I have a deficiency in the left arm, and since Microsoft launched the elite controller it was my dream to buy it to make it easier for me to play. 2 months ago I managed to buy the
    Elite controller, and here in Brazil it is very expensive, but I got it and now my console has been banned. My younger brother also uses my xbox one.
    If they did something wrong, and they said they did not do anything, how can I also pay for it and go without playing. I just think that if someone is doing something wrong, there should be some message on the console giving some warning about the ban.

    You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.
    Your warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up for Live.
