We are really sorry that you are facing such issues with other players. Microsoft policies are extremely against such behaviors. However, as long as you did report that person, they will be investigated and the enforcement team will take the appropriate action.

To report someone who has sent you an inappropriate text or voice message:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide. Go to Parties & chats, and then Chats or Message requests.
Select the gamerpic of the player for whom you wish to report, select More, and then select Report.
Select the reason for the report (see list of reasons in the preceding section).
Select Add comment to provide more information if desired. When finished, select Report.

Messages in Club chat can be reported to either a Club admin or to Xbox. If the message doesn’t belong in the Club, select Club admin. If the message violates the Code of Conduct, select Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team.

To report an inappropriate Looking for Group message:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to People, select Clubs, and then select the club that has the LFG.
Select Chat, select the LFG post you wish to report, and then press the A button.
Select if you’d like to report this to the Club admin or the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team.
Select Add comment to provide more information. When finished, select Report.

Once our enforcement team reviews your case and determent that there was a violation of the code of conduct, a suspension will be pun on that account.

Vemos que tiene problemas con un usuario, lo invitamos a que seleccione el perfil de jugador y la decisión en la opción de informar al jugador posterior mente seleccione la opción de bloquear y listo jamas lo volverá a molestar sin nada más que
decir fue un gusto ayudar y mucha suerte sigase divertiendo.

Los servidores de xbox live son muy lentos y a veces estan fuera de linea, en mi caso juego Halo 4 y siempre aparecen y desaparecen los juagores por falla de internet y no tengo ninguna computadora conectada cuando juego en linea. Ultimamente halo 4 (el
juego) se ha dedicado a banear a los usuarios que porque estan usando algun truco, pero el fallo es de ellos.

amigo no les creeas que son hackers, aveces son mocosos inventando eso y por otra parte ya deja deja de pasar tu cuenta y estar intercambiando licencias que por eso te pueden banear, sinceramente no creo que te la ayan hackeado es muy dificil que puedan
hackear desde tu gt ,tu les pasaste tu correo y contrseña y a lo mejor no tenia la seguridad suficiente para que no te la robaran, intenta meterle un numero de telefono u otra direccion al que tengas acceso, la mayoria de los que se quejan de que les robaron
su gt es por pasar licencias por eso microsoft tiene prohibido eso
