How is it accessing your other devices? What data is it stealing?

 

i dont think you understand where im coming from, when using the internet to connect to xboxlive all info that is stored on the console is only for the internet service provider that have permission to activate all data from your router.... my point im pushing
accross to ms is that they have violated that person privacy an there internet services terms n conditions.... which also ms have breached there own code of conduct!!!!!

Honestly, only 10% of what you have said so far has made any sense to me, you are extremely hard to understand and need to explain things clearly.

It sounds like you believe all data on your Xbox One belongs to you and your internet provider. And that you believe Microsoft is breaking their terms and conditions by accessing your data on your console and stealing data from other devices in your home
using your Xbox One, correct?

 

if microsoft has no terms n conditions to have any access to my routers data then what is it doing on my console without my consent of my internet service provider.. what does that tell you???

Microsoft's Xbox One is allowed to use any of your internet providers data through your modem if you connected it to your network.

 

tell me were does it state that they have the right to access my data from my router an launch it on my console???? as an IT TECH myself yes ms have breached there code of conduct, as there are no terms of conditions that i had never agreed on with MS to
access my data usage to be displayed on my console.. in fact the only solution for this to go any further would be for me to act upon media.. as this was a waste my time as you didnt understand my point!!!! this is the reason why ms breached there code of

The data usage that they show on the Xbox One Network Settings page is just measured from the Xbox One and how much it uses, not all your internet on your router.

 

It sounds like you think that Microsoft's Xbox One is going through your router, and reading your data used on your network via your ISP, right?

 

ive been monitoring my xbox one ever since my data was exposed on console an you cant tell me that ive used 82gigs or less within a space of a month when i only play online at night for a 3-5 hours an i work during the day for 9hours an partner owns a day1
addition who also works 8hours, with 5 devices in my home connected to my router.. now you cant tell me that when we leave for work the console is giving an estimate reading of the day as we arent home.. as all devices are switched off only router is left
on!!! now can you explain to me how a console is reading my router during the period of the duration of the months.. thats what i would like to know..

 

The Xbox One has a feature called "Instant-On" where when you turn the console off, it stays connected to your internet and continues to download any new games and updates to your console while it's off. You might want to go and turn this feature off and
