Bandwidth too high.

So I have been having issues the last few months with my internet usage suddenly becoming extremely high and exceeding our bandwidth limit. Today I have been having trouble with downloading Advance warfare and have gotten it almost finished twice only to
have the entire download restart. As a result of this I started looking in to fixes and found the bandwidth stats in network settings. Sure enough the game appears to be downloading all 45GB+ for the third time. My cap only allows for 300GB and then I will
have to pay an extra $10 per 50GB. To make it worse the stats for the last few months show my console using over 300GB per month. What would be making this happen or is it normal to be that high? I do have my console set to always on for update purposes but
I do not play much multi-player and do not use any video apps. I actually have not even been playing much at all the past few months. This is just crazy that my xbox one can use 3 times more bandwidth than the rest of my home with 5 desktops, 2 xbox 360 consoles,
and 6 smartphones that are connected while at home.

Blu-ray would suffice, but all this high tech stuff and RAM are pretty much useless without a high throughput or Bus Bandwidth. So that's definitely on my wish list too.

Sorry to hear about the bandwidth issue! That could be normal as the games range from all different sizes. Have you purchased digital games or downloaded your free games with gold during the times the data used peaks? With two games alone it's easy to break
80-90 gigs depending on the games.
