There have been posts made in the Feedback Forums about this so the developers can look into it. You should head there, find one and upvote it so they can see it.

What Router do you have? If your Router doesn´t support it you need a router who can do QOS.

I don't have a problem with it.

Do you have anything else running on the internet at the same time that is hogging your bandwidth?

We assume that just because noone is actively using a computing device, it is not using bandwidth. My brother-in-law's computer always has several web pages (some with streaming video/audio) and an email account opened. Any of these that updates regularly
will continue to use bandwidth. Other bandwidth hogs include instant messaging, automatic updates, and viruses/trojans.

I suggest that your first step would be to look at your computers' task manager and verify that you have no bandwidth hogs running. Close processes that you don't need. You should be able to get good bandwidth by simply turning off all of your devices,
leaving them connected to the router. A device that uses bandwidth without power is magic, indeed.
