    in case someone else managed to sign in your profile on his console you dont use the boards, you use your phone, call xbox support and let them start an investigation.

    Phone support can do nothing when a console or gamertag has been banned/suspended from the forums. You would need to post at the link that Smwutches listed in their post to you.
