band?????

hi, could anyone please tell me if it is possible to get TOTALLY BAND from accessing online multiplayers?? i cannot seem to play a match on fifa17 since i had an enforcement message off xbox??? it just says this profile does not have the correct permission
to access this feature???? because if so that is absalute lunacy..... i will be expecting a full refund for my live as i cannot evan use it.......... ban chat yes but to take away a service you are paying for is ludacrus and i will be no longer using xbox
if my issue isnt resolvd i will be selling the lot and moving to playstation without hesitating,,,,, and also warning others about this scam. hopefully i get a reply from somebody in the support on this else bye bye xbox!!!

Well I don't really mind as I love both games but Rock Band is better becuase of the drums but now that GH are getting drums aswell I may jump on both bandwagons again. I wonder if The ION drums work on GH....
