Band for 2 weeks without bad communication or violation

Hi, my gamer tag is :

I receive a message a morning when i was in my game with my friends for a bad communication and i was ban for 2 weeks. I look in my message and everything and I didn’t send anything with violence or harassment.

second thing, i wanna do a case review but I speak french and at the moment i try to do the case review i need to do the test and the test appear in english, so i can’t answer at everything correctly.

I wanna a case review for this ban, because i absolutly did nothing and I want to know why that happen ? Thank you.

Xbox team is corrupt

so , I had got a communications band for 2 weeks because I called someone a bad word .. but that person told his friends to report me also . Yes we both violated the rules but only I got a punishment . Do you think thats fair ?

XBOX ENFORCEMENT TEAM IS A BIG MISTAKE!

2 weeks ago, i got suspended for communication. after it's end, i was still suspended without an enforcement action. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, in the last 12 months, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

If you would like to change the language you use for Xbox.com, you can try setting your region via the option on the very bottom left of the screen, and then navigating to the Enforcement page from there. If it still appears in English, there any not be
anything we can do. An alternative, may be, to put the case review link into Bing/Google Translate and see if it works that way.

You can also start the appeal message by stating that you would like someone who can understand French, to look at your case, although we cannot guarantee that can happen.

It would basically depend on what the enforcement team determines and how severe the message is and what part of the code of conduct it violates. Basically you're right about if it's a message concerning marketplace theft, etc. it would be an account ban.
A message with bad language is mainly going to be a communication suspension.

You can receive a permanent communication bad. Account/communication suspensions generally start at 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on how many suspenions you receive. Multiple suspensions will then turn into a permanent ban.

Xbox Enforcement web site and if eligible request a case review on any enforcement actions received. No one outside of this team will be able to help with your query.
