    Hello, I wanted to know why I was banned? I contact the xbox suport but they tell me that I am not banished and I well received on my account a ban .. and then I more connection on the console, I mean yes I the connection I can played I can go In the friend
    group, but when I look at the statistical connection the more the loading speed is 0.00 and on my computer I well 100mb / s I in addition a packet loss of 10% I speak with the support of this connection but Have not solved the problem. Can you help me please?

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    How long will this ban last?

    The length of bans vary on the type and number of offenses. This can be seen in the ban message that appears in game.

    Random Account Ban Xbox Exploit

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
