Ban???

Hello, I need help with my xbox does not serve the xbox live because they banned me thinking that I was a thief of accounts but I am not I have proof to prove that I was not the one who stole them, and I contacted them but they did not return To answer the
post that I would like someone to really help me because it is very unfair to banish the console without me having stolen accounts, I also want to know if this ban even when it is? Or is permanent because if you have a date does not matter but if it is permanent
I will do whatever it takes to take away the ban. I can also tell you who was for the if you apply the ban, Please if I respond be attentive I respond in less than you imagine please help me
