    Hi I got banned forever on my one account for market fraud. I did not even do that. Well what happen was my little brother bought multiple things on my account with out my permission. So I called Xbox to get a refund. I got 2 refunds in total and one i did
    not. keep in mind I was not told I could get only one refund a year by the first two agents. the last one was the one who told me that I could not get any more refunds and that's what I got banned for. I also put a password when he did it the second time.
    And he found some way to get pass it or he guessed it. I did the case review and the decision was upheld. the person who handled it just acted like it was a 2 day ban I did not even get to explain to him about the part with my brother. he did not put it under
    investigation nothing so what am I suppose to do. And you cant say " You should of read the code of conduct" well I should not have to when I called two Xbox agents for refunds and the non of them told me I cant do this. The second one should of said "We cant
    give you this refund".

    I have been a loyal Xbox player I been playing for 4 years and a 1 year preview program member I should be able to get my account back. I did nothing wrong I would of not called them the second time if they would have told me. I need help!!

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Ban.

    All you can do is ask for a case review.If you've done that & the decision was upheld there's nothing you can do.

    It does tell you there are no refunds when you buy digital items.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.
