    Hello

    I was playing smite and I freezing problem, I couldn't get into a multiplayer, when I finally did get in, the person in question began to spam me while I had no time to do anything or response, and as a result, she started to send me messages and she started
    to tell me that she was going to report me for something I did not and obviously did, it made me angry I finished by saying an insult and I blocked him subsequently to not respond and so this person spamed me on a game which is forbidden and tells me everything
    and anything to get me banned, because supposedly I was banned for dissemination of defamatory and obscene or illegal material.

    The only thing I did in all of this reasons that is assigned to me for the ban is the insult

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    If harassed on the xbox live you can report the abusing party or block them. Retaliating is an infraction of the Code of Conduct and object to enforcement acts.

    Device band can't be lifted, if was a temporary ban the time of the ban needs to end if it's a permanent ban, it will remain banned

    No, once an account is banned, then it is banned. banned means banned. Sorry, but you shouldn't have broken the CoC/ToS.

    What happens if I've been banned?

    Most bans occur because of unacceptable behavior or content, such as lewd player emblems. On the first offense, a player receives a temporary ban from using that feature. Subsequent offenses can lead to further temporary bans or even a permanent ban.

    The ban isn’t a message ban it’s an “account” ban, with no information to follow the ban. This is just the only cause that makes sense to me.

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.
