    Hello, I would like my xbox360 console to be unbalanced since I have complied with all the parameters and have suffered a ban of which I do not know its roots to cause it. That is why I write here so that my console can be dislodged and I can enjoy the
    services that Microsoft offers.

    Is it normal for a banned account to be listing " perfect record"? If the OP was banned whilst on the Xbox360 system (assuming they were on a 360), could that be why? Just curious

    If it's a console ban, there is no way to have that reversed. If it's just an account suspension, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.
