However gameplay actually falls under developers perview

It's the same as trashtalking

It is up to the Devs if they want to enforce it which I doubt

But trashtalking via msging is pet rules

And yes tou applies to that

Xbox doesn’t actually review the cases though. It’s pretty obvious. I was com banned for 7 days just for saying “why were you guys on my sack?” There were no swear words. Or anything crazy. I asked for my case to be reviewed first day and here we are. Tomorrow my case is lifted and 7 days of the live I bought wasted. That’s not even fair.

Hello Fairly, Microsoft has a department that handles bans and suspensions called Enforcement, follow the procedures below.

Log in here https://enforcement.xbox.com/

You will see a large yellow box on the left with a yellow handshake icon inside. By clicking on the yellow handshake, you will have some options to appeal the suspension and lift it. Please note that only suspensions of more than 24 hours can be appealed.

You will also receive an email to your associated email linked to your account detailing the suspension

Thank you, and I'm just gonna take my suspension at this point because I am not seeing the option to appeal it and I'm getting too frustrated. There hasn't been the option in the past day and by the time it pops up, there is probably going to be less than a day. I do appreciate the help though.

Appeal from 24 hours from when they have been issued or if they ban is longer than that duration?

He means 24 hour duration. Basically, if the suspension is only a 24 hour comminications ban, then it will be unappealable as by the time they start investigating, the ban will have already ended

Obviously that doesn't apply in your case as it was a 3 day ban. Your suspension should be showing on the Enforcement website..however, that site has been glitchy recently and there have been quite a few threads on here from people with suspensions not showing

I just wanted to also clarify something: when you say "Considering that they were doing that in-game and didn't get banned". Player behaviour in-game is not regulated by XBox or Enforcement....all in-game content is moderated by the Developer/Publisher of the game. So, someone could say the same thing in both game chat and Xbox Live chat and only get suspended on XBL....XBL often has different standards to Developers.
