Ban Without Reasons

I'll start by saying I'm a legit player and i accept the ban that i take if it is my fault So it started a year and a half ago my xbox was disconecting me and saying "you're connected on an other xbox" so naturaly i called the support they made me change
my password do some things and it stoped for 1 week then the same things where heppening almost everyday. I called the support again and they asked me for my xbox series number i gave them what they wanted and they said 2 xbox has connected to my account (mine
and an other one) but they didn't do anything to fix it so i kept getting ban for no reasons (exept the second ban who was totaly legit, it was my fault) after that i completly lost all ways to access my account i just couldn't connect even after changing
my pssword 25 times i just coulldn't. I called the support again they didn't do anything and that problem last 3 month (one day i tried and they let me connect still don't know how) after that i kept getting ban until my last ban that i took. As all other
times i thought it was the second xbox etc but it wasn't i figured out it was two guys that i know irl who asked a bunch of people to report me and in addition with my account problem ... u know the deal i called the support i sent them the screen of the messenger
conversation they put it in my folder then they tolld me to do a case review and to post a message on this forum to maybe get some help and that's what i did but xbox didn't helped me so i just waited until the end of the ban (AUG 31 2017) it was yesterday
so i was happy to get my account back and my xbox in general but it wasn't the end AS ALWAYS ... In my enforcement hystory it was the only ban left but even after 3 weeks of waiting i still can't talk with my friends and when i called the support like 30 min
ago they said i had an other ban idk from where to the NOV 25 so now i'm very angry against xbox cause after almmost 1 year and a half of monthly ban everybody will be angry Now i can't do much i can't even do a case rewiew on the NOV ban cause i can't see
it on my pc, on my phone, on my IPad etc... and that's why i posted this text. Now i beg xbox or someone to do something i can't even enjoy the 1030€ that i put into xbox

hopefully i did explain corectly my problem (i'm not english and/or american and hopefully someone can help me

The enforcement team does not use the forums. The only place to find assistance on an enforcement related matter is enforcement.xbox.com. Sorry.
