Ban. What?

Hi.

It's really uncomfortable. I've banned for communication the second time. The first time was annoying, but ok. It was justifiably. Then i sent two messages, really normal ones, and i'm banned again? For what reason? To sent a message? It's ridiculous.

But the worst thing about it is, that i don't have the chance to complain. No support, no service, nothing. You are banned, we don't tell you why and don't allow to contact, just take it, you have no other possibility. Somebody can report me, what makes
me banned, and that's it? Without a possibility to prove it, to say something about it? That's communism. Pay and shut up. Even this support community is hided nowhere, on smartphone. And in this time, it's not possible to have an support in several languages?
I'm not that good in english. Yes, there are people with another native language. I say, it's because you are not interested on the players in affairs like that. Do you want to kill the communication?

And then change my pic? I had the cartman from the back with his half "moon". That's too much? This is so hypocritical.

When it's justified, it's ok for me. But this is arbitrariness, i don't pay for this.

So, what possibility do i have to complain about this really unjustifiably ban, just a kiddie reported me for nothing? And how can i have justice, this player should be banned for unjustifiably report.
