    BAN USER FOR BEING ABUSIVE


    So me and my cousin were in a game of ghosts and this guy [Mod Removed] Jooins our party being really abusive telling u to bleed out and die. he also later on mesages me everything about my internet and keeps kicking me offline aswell as
    my cousin, so if anybody play's with this guy report. he has a bad rep as it is and im my eyes he deserves a console and account permanant ban.

    Discussion Over Xbox Live's Enforcement and if it's Proper.

    You assume someone is being foul mouthed and abusive because they dislike Xbox's policies. Sony doesn't ban so easily. I have been on PSN for awhile.

    Unfair ban + how long will it last?

    My gamertag :

    The user named "Smky Vq" sent me an abusive message ingame while he was griefing.

    I sent him an abusive message afterwards, wich led to my ban.

    I wanted to ask how I can know if the ban is permanent and what I can do about it.

    Many abusive messages with swearing were sent to me but the people who sent them didnt get banned.

    It is my first ban and I dont think that I did anything wrong.

    If you haven't already, you'll need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other games is not allowed on the forums.

    I did my "damn" research and I know its being fixed and people are being banned :) But no one knows when the update for the fix will go live.

    I'm also bring this to the attention of people who don't know about it and should look out for it.
