ban up but party communication still not working

Discus and support ban up but party communication still not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; mail is back up in game is back up but party communication is down i can hear them and i can here my self but they cant hear me....     My account suspension is over but people still can't hear me.

    Hi. nobody can hear me in party or lobby chat even though my mic is lighting up. I finished my communications ban yesterday so why is this still enforced?

    Not party chat

    I recently completed a 7 day communications ban. I can now host games, as I couldn't before but I still can't hear anyone in a party nor can they hear me. The circles around others names don't light up but mine does.

    I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat
