Questa email lo ricevuta da Enforcement più di una settimana fa. Non c'è scritto neppure fino a che data e sospeso l'account. Ho chiamato Microsoft spiegando che non ho assolutamente avuto nessun comportamento del genere o qualsiasi altra cosa citata da
Enforcement. Mi è stato detto che non possono dirmi nulla. Vorrei sapere che cosa sta succedendo? Mi arriver un Ban? Non c'è neppure la data del caso quando sar rivisto da Enforcement e contattare loro non sono riuscito. Sono 5 anni che sono sul live e ho
sempre giocato mantenendo un comportamento educato senza mancare di rispetto o fare qualcosa di negativo. Vorrei cortesemente delle risposte.

This e-mail received by the Enforcement more than a week ago. There is not even written up to that date and suspended the account. I called Microsoft explaining that I had absolutely no such behavior or anything else mentioned by Enforcement. I was told
that they can not tell me anything. I want to know what's going on? It will come a Ban? There is not even the date when the case will be reviewed by Enforcement and contact them have failed. I am 5 years who are on live and I always played maintaining a polite
behavior no disrespect or do something negative. I would politely answers.

Salve, ho una Xbox one che non l'accendevo da 3 settimane, quando l'ho riaccesa il 29 giugno 2017 mi sono arrivati messaggi che dicevano che Xbox live era stato sospeso fino al 6 luglio 2017,quando la riaccendo il 6 luglio funzionava tutto normale. Oggi
7 luglio la riaccendo e mi da impossibile inviare messaggi ed entrare in chat, contatto l'assistenza Xbox e mi dice che la Xbox oltre ad aver avuto un bann temporaneo per l'account ha anche ricevuto un bann temporaneo della Xbox fino al 20 luglio, come mai?
Non è che dopo questa ulteriore sospensione ci sar un'altra?

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
