    Profile pictures on my account have been suspended for an "offensive" gamerpicture. The picture I used was a black silhouette of a character from a game. I have not the slightest clue on why or how this picture was offensive. Any help would be greatly
    appreciated.

    Can my Xbox get unbanned

    The majority of console bans are permanent & can't be appealed.

    If it's a console suspension then you'll have to wait until the suspension is over.Console suspensions can not be appealed either.

    Consoles can't be unbanned. Sorry

    Please note that account suspensions can be appealed on Xbox, but account suspensions on PlayStation cannot.

    Console bans cannot be appealed on either

    Xbox enforcement could be a bit more professional

    It means your appeal has failed & your suspension/ban will not be overturned.
