Ban/Suspended

I recently got my communications suspended from talking back to some trash talkers, which i think is unfair but none the less i tried to get on today and it said i got suspended from multiplayer as well a day later from when my communications got banned.
I'm here because a support person said would be helpful to go here so here i am. I just want to be able to play multiplayer without having to wait till April 8th because i haven't done anything wrong to get the multiplayer ban. If you could help me with this
problem i would be very thankful, Thanks.

If it sounds to good to be true.... IT IS!!! Sounds highly illegitimate to me. I'm worried about stuff like this and having my gamertag suspended.. Iv heard people getting banned for less!

 

World At War Hackers?

There are still hackers. I think Xbox should take matters into their own hands and take over the World at War servers and start banning or suspending hackers.

I went to do the case review and i went to my enforcement history and it says there is a button to click called apply for review, but there was no button "apply for review". So that's why the support person told me to go here.

See what i mean it has the case review section to the right, which is where i thought the button would have been but i don't see any button "Apply for Review".

I had my friend that's a software developer fix my malware and virus problem, so i can only use one browser but i tried it on my phone which it has the same thing. Can you just work with the info i gave???

 

If there is no button for a case review, then that usually means you are not eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums and no other forms of support handle suspensions. So you would have to wait out your suspension.

 

unfortunately once a ban has been put in place it is unlikely to be reversed. Unfortunately we dont have access to thw reasons exactly as to why you were banned. All you can do is wait the dan and in future do not get dragged into any trash talk battles
or retaliations. Most people purposely trash talk to get people to say things that warrant banning. Only way to stop it is to ignore it.
